【Purchase Notice】

1. There is a probability of obtaining duplicate cards in card packs and card boxes.

2. Card products are not handicrafts. Issues such as printing defects and color differences are normal phenomena. If there are problems with card quality and content after unpacking, please contact after-sales service for handling.

3. Since cards are paper products with relatively complex craftsmanship, the flatness, hardness, etc. of cards are easily affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. After unpacking, cards can be stored in a dry and dark place, or stored using sealed storage tools such as card albums and card bricks to achieve better collection results.

4. The displayed cards are effect diagrams, and the actual products shall prevail.

【Card After-sales Replacement Standards】

1. If serious factory defects are found on the card after unpacking, please contact the customer service of the purchasing store to replace the card. Defects include but are not limited to large-area damage, scratches, creases, stains, missing corners, etc.

2. Artificial damage caused by improper storage after unpacking will not be replaced.

3. Because machine polishing and coloring cannot be absolutely perfect, slight color and process differences between individual cards due to different batches are normal phenomena and are not within the after-sales scope. Thank you for your support.

4. To protect your rights and interests, please save the complete card-unpacking video recording/screen recording as a replacement certificate (factory defects of the card shall be subject to the unpacking video).
