By using www.chiikawamerch.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("TOS").

1. Nature of Products

- All products are proxy-purchased (sourced from authorized suppliers/chiikawa market/nagano market/miniso store).

- Items are brand new and unopened unless stated otherwise in the product description.

- Packaging Note: Some items may not include original plastic/outer packaging (as shipped by the manufacturer), but all products will retain original tags/labels for authenticity verification.

2. Intellectual Property

- Image Usage: All product images on this Site are used for display purposes only. Copyrights belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership or alteration rights over these images and use them under principles of fair use or with implied permissions for resale representation.

- No Infringement Intended: If you are a copyright holder and believe content violates your rights, contact us at support_ckwmerch@163.com for prompt resolution.

3. Order Confirmation, Change & Cancellation

- A confirmation email containing your order number will be sent to your registered email address once you register an account on our website. Orders will be locked six hours after this confirmation email is dispatched.

- No item modifications or substitutions will be permitted once your order has been submitted. If you wish to cancel your entire order, please contact us via email.

- Cancellations requested within 12 hours of order placement incur no fees.

- Cancellations made more than 12 hours after placing your order will be subject to a 50% service fee calculated against the full order amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Processing Time: In-stock items usually ship within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation and order verification. In case of force majeure such as adverse weather or logistics disruptions, the delivery schedule will be postponed accordingly.

- Shipping Costs: Product prices include service fees and customs/duties fees but exclude shipping, which vary by destination.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

- The package is lost in transit (verified by tracking).

- The item arrives with visible damage (must provide unboxing video evidence).

- No video = no refund/reshipment. Claims without proof will be denied.

6. Lost/Damaged Packages

- For lost packages, we will reship the item after investigation (allow 14 days for tracking updates).

- For damaged items:

- Email support_ckwmerch@163.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Order number.

- Photos/video of damage + packaging.

- Unboxing video (mandatory).

7. Authenticity Guarantee

- We guarantee all products are 100% authentic and legally sourced. If counterfeit/bootleg goods are confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the entire order.

8. Liability Limitation

- We are not liable for:

- Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

- Incorrect addresses provided by buyers.

- Product misuse or modifications after delivery.

9. Governing Law

- These TOS are governed by the laws of PRC. Disputes shall be resolved in PRC.

10. Changes to TOS

- We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revisions.
