Q: Where can I track my order?
A: You can track your order using this website. Simply copy and paste your tracking number and you will get all the details of your package’s status.
Q: Are all the items brand new and legit?
A: All items are sealed in their original packages and come with the original tags unless marked. Some products may not have an original plastic bag from the claw machine or suppliers but the original tags will still be included. It is our consistent policy to sell only genuine merchandise, and we are committed to resolutely rejecting all bootleg items.
Q: How long does it usually take for an order to be shipped out after placing the order?
A: Normally, all orders with in-stock items will be fulfilled in 1-7 business days. If an order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, customers can choose to ship the in-stock items separately, or ship them together once the pre-order items become available. Please leave a note in the order.
Q: Why my order didn’t ship out after 7 business days? Why is there a delay in shipping my order?

Q: Why do some product titles show 'in-stock' status but others don’t?
A: Most items marked 'in stock' are crane prize products, which distinguishes them from the pre-order crane prizes. For other products, unless labeled as 'pre-order,' they are all in stock.
Q: How long will the special offers/sale items last?
A: These products marked as sale have a set amount of inventory for the promotion. Once the inventory at the discounted price is sold out, the price will automatically return to original price.
Q: Why is my order still in pending status after several days of placement?
A: We’ll keep your order in "Pending" until we’ve shipped your package. As soon as your tracking number is ready and active, your order status will change to "Fulfilled" — you can then use the tracking number to check its delivery progress!
